Brutor AI provides an enterprise AI governance platform, including but not limited to AI gateway services, AI traffic management, policy enforcement, guardrails configuration, audit logging, and related tools and APIs (collectively, the “Platform”).
We may update, modify, or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) any part of the Services at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes to the Services.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. You must not disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
We reserve the right to refuse registration, cancel accounts, or suspend access at any time in our sole discretion, particularly where you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms.

- Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the Services for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any material on the Services.
- Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful.
- Use the Services to process, store, or transmit any data that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Brutor AI Ltd, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
These Terms do not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by Brutor AI or third parties, and all rights, titles, and interests in and to such property will remain solely with Brutor AI.
You are welcome to display on your computer, download, and print pages from our website for personal and non-commercial use only. You must retain copyright, trademark, and other notices unaltered on any copies or printouts you make.
The Brutor AI name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Brutor AI Ltd. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
6. Your Data
You retain all rights to the data you submit to or through the Services (“Your Data”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use, store, and process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Data does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights. You shall indemnify Brutor AI in full for any loss, cost, or damage suffered as a result of your breach of this section.

7. Subscription and Payment
Certain Services may be subject to payments now or in the future (“Paid Services”). Where applicable, you agree to pay the fees for the Paid Services in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you.
We reserve the right to change the fees for the Paid Services at any time, provided that we give you reasonable advance notice of any such change. Your continued use of the Paid Services after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fees.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement between you and Brutor AI.
8. Confidentiality
Each party may have access to confidential information of the other party (“Confidential Information”). Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the other party’s Confidential Information using the same degree of care that it uses to protect its own confidential information, but in no event less than reasonable care.
Confidential Information does not include information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party, was already known to the receiving party prior to disclosure, is independently developed by the receiving party without use of the disclosing party’s Confidential Information, or is rightfully received from a third party without restriction on disclosure.
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide the Services using reasonable skill and care. However, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that the results obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable, or that any errors in the Services will be corrected.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude liability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Brutor AI, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
- Any content obtained from the Services.
- Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Subject to the above exclusions, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of or any inability to use any portion of the Services or otherwise under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of the amount you have paid to Brutor AI for use of the Services during the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred pounds sterling (£100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brutor AI, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
12. Third-Party Links and Content
Our website and Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Brutor AI. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
You acknowledge and agree that Brutor AI shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
13. Term and Termination
These Terms shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Brutor AI regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
15.5 Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of that party, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labour, or materials.
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
