Why don't you publish prices?
Because two deployments of the same size can differ meaningfully: deployment model, support needs, and custom work all move the number. Rather than publish a price that's wrong for most buyers, we publish how pricing works and return a real estimate within one working day.
Do you charge per user, per token, or per request?
No. Brutor is a flat annual platform subscription, sized by deployment band. There is no per-seat fee and no usage meter on the platform itself; your token spend stays between you and your AI providers; Brutor gives you the visibility and controls over it.
How does the free trial work?
The trial is the full platform: free for 30 days, self-hosted in your own environment, no credit card needed. Need more time to evaluate, or want a few more colleagues on it? Just ask; extensions are easy.
Are the User Portal, Shadow AI Discovery, or MCP Registry priced separately?
No. Every subscription includes every capability: the whole platform, MCP Registry included. If there's a capability you don't need, it can simply be switched off for your deployment; and if you need something that isn't in the box, we can develop custom features as part of your engagement. Beta capabilities are included at no charge while in beta.
Can we run a paid pilot before committing?
Yes. Beyond the free downloadable trial, we offer scoped pilot engagements, including on-premises pilots, that credit toward your first-year subscription. Mention it in the estimate form.
What does white-label pricing look like?
White-label and OEM arrangements for MSPs and system integrators are structured individually as partner agreements. Reach out via the partner page and we'll come back within one working day.
We're a small company. Is Brutor out of our league?
Not at all - we offer an attractive "Core tier" option suitable for small companies: the same platform we offer to large enterprises, a basic setup fee, a fixed annual price, and documentation-only support going forward. Start with the free trial, then request a quotation.
Do you offer free or discounted licenses for academia or non-profits?
Yes. We offer special terms for academic institutions and non-profit organizations: mention it in the estimate form or contact us, and we'll take it from there.
